Fulfillment

Each piece of jewelry is individually made by hand. Please allow for some marks and indentations that are natural to handmade jewelry, see our returns policy please. 

We ship most finished pieces between 3-5 business days of purchase, For custom orders, please allow 2-4 weeks to make your order. Feel free to reach out prior to ordering if you have a deadline and we will do our best to accommodate.

Shipping

Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS (whichever shipping provider you choose during checkout). Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number to keep an eye on your package. Make sure you use an address that is safe and secure as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are sent. Typically domestic packages take 3-5 days in transit once shipped. Please note, we are not responsible for your package once it's in the hands of the shipping carrier. 

International orders ship via DHL Express Worldwide. You will receive tracking info for the length of time it is transiting through the U.S. and all the way to you. Make sure you're aware of the import taxes, duties, or fees your country may charge. Those are fees determined by your country and are based on the price of the merchandise shipped to you and it is your responsibility to pay those fees. Please note, we are not responsible for your package once it's in the hands of the shipping carrier.
