Refund policy

The products offered by Moondust Forge are handmade by Meztli; they are unique, and may present small marks caused by the tools used during the creation process, so we ask that you choose your piece thoughtfully before buying. Please reach out with questions before buying and we'll be happy to provide you with more information, images, or videos if needed.

Exchanges and store credit are offered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us to discuss your needs. As a small business, we cannot offer refunds, instead, we may offer an exchange or store credit for sales up to 15 days after delivery. Please return your item safely packaged, with postal tracking and insurance for the full price of your purchase. When received, we will issue you a store credit which will be valid for 6 months from your original date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return and reshipping costs.
